A New Year

Sure, the days seem horribly short, but the weather is great for running. Hopefully, you're still out there too. If you fell off the running wagon, now is a good time to start back. But remember to start slow. You don't want to begin the year with an injury.

There are some cool races coming up and you can get info on them at the Track Club website.

Remember:
  • to always dress in layers
  • wear something reflective if you run in the dark
  • try and run with a buddy--be safe out there
  • hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
  • enjoy yourself.
