Thankful

I'm sitting here while my pumpkin pie bakes in the oven enjoying a wonderful Thanksgiving day. The leaves on the trees are gorgeous and the weather stayed nice for a while longer. I met some friends this morning for a wonderful four mile run and it made me think how thankful I am for all the this program has brought me.

The men's program winds up soon with Men's 4-miler in Free Union on December 1st. I hope many of you go out and cheer on the fellas. I'm sure they've been working hard to make their goal for the race.

10-miler training is going on now. I missed the first couple of weeks due to some races, but managed to slide in last week. If you're participating in the training, say Hi to me. I'm not in pink (incognito in the winter), so I may be hard to spot, but I usually have on a light blue jacket.

The Turkey Trot was this morning. If you ran, I hope it went well for you.
