The registration form for the training program is now online. You can print it and mail it in or bring it with you to any of the packet pick-ups or the track. Remember, race registration is a separate form and fee.

We strive to make the training program an enjoyable start on the road to fitness. I never thought I would be leading such an active lifestyle when I started in the program four years ago.
