Hurrah! You did it!
Over 2200 women finished the race. Over $225,000 was raised for the UVA Breast Care center. A heck of a lot of awareness was raised, as well.
I hope you continue running and walking. I hope you go out and do something else you didn't think you could or would ever do. I hope you continue to take care of yourself. I hope you made new friends.

Yes, it's Saturday. I guess I didn't proofread my post well enough. Sorry.
If you're looking for a new goal, please consider participating in the 5K Run for Shelter on Saturday November 3rd. The race is a fundraiser for the Shelter for Help in Emergency. You can find the race entry form on the Charlottesville Track Club website or you can pick one up at the W4MTP Post Race Party on Sept. 8th.
