S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y Run!

We have another great week lined up for you. Our breakout speaker at 7:15 is from the UVA Breast Care Center and she will be talking about Breast Cancer Provention. Our main speaker at 7:45 is Cecil from ACAC discussing running for the rest of your life.

We'll also be timing the mile again this week. We'll walk a warmup lap, then we'll run 1.5 miles and you get your time after the first mile. To quote a wise running coach, "make your first lap your slowest." You'll want to make each lap a little quicker than the one before it, but stay at a conversational pace. Running is a great way to meet people.

Keep hydrating and we'll see you Saturday.
