Thanks for a great summer! It has been so great to run/walk with you all and watch you achieve your goals in this rewarding program. We are all so proud of you! Good luck Saturday if you will be in the race! I hope to see you on the road in the coming weeks and months. Looking forward to next summer!!!!

What's next? How about the Shelter for Help in Emergency 5K on November 1st? Look for the bright green race registration form in your Women's 4 Miler Race packet. There's even an entry discount for 4 Miler Race participants. Hope to see you there.
I am planning on posting a list of upcoming events after the race. I'm excited for all of you and want to see you continue to run or walk. Like Amy, I'm looking forward to this weekend and next summer!
